A creep allegedly confessed to trying to snap photographs up the dress of a 13-year-old girl on a cruise ship, according to police.
Matthew Stilwell, 25, of Pawnee, Illinois, tried to take the pervy pics in a gift shop on the Royal Caribbean ship Allure of the Seas on Sunday, according to a police report obtained by WPLG.
The girl noticed Stilwell “standing unusually close behind her with the camera application open on his cellphone” — and told police he tried at least three times to get a creepy photo before she ran to her mom, the report said.

Police boarded the ship when it returned to Port Everglades, Florida, and found security footage corroborating the girl’s account, the affidavit said.
Stilwell allegedly confessed to investigators, but his admission was redacted in the report, WPLG reported.
He was charged with voyeurism and is being held at the Paul Rein Detention Facility in Pompano Beach on a $22,500 bail as of Tuesday night.
