- While covering how Connor Estelle (i.e., the “well actually” facist guy that went viral) got fired and started a GiveSendGo (i.e., a Christian GoFundMe) page for financial support and received over $26,000 USD, libertarian journalist Robby Suave (ew) said that “a Youtuber also named Connor also posted quote…” and showed and read the following tweet:

- The presentation of the tweet was misleading, as CDawgVA was talking about the $623,000 (which has since surpassed $1,000,000) donations raised for the Immune Deficiency Foundation (which is also unfortuantely abbreviated IDF) in reponse to close friend, collaborator, and Vtuber (i.e., streams with a virtual avatar) Iron Mouse leaving her agency VShojo due to them misleading her finances/earnings, as well as never sending over the $500,000 donation she raised for the Immune Defiency Foundation via her Twitch subathon
- Ironmouse has common variable immunodeficiency (CVID), which is why the Immune Deficiency Foundation is especially meaningful for her and has done multiple charity events in collaboration with CDawgVA to raise money to donate to them. She also raised a lot of awareness about the Immune Deficiency Foundation by sharing her experiences with CVID and how she turned to Vtubing as a way to socialize as a person with chronic illness and continue exploring music/singing in her career path (i.e., she was training to be a coloratura soprano opera singer prior to CVID)
- In case if it isn’t clear already, CDawgVA does not support Connor Estelle or facism. It’s also very clear from the picture in the tweet that this donation was substantially larger than the $26,000 reported and should tip off that it may not be related to the Jubilee situation
- CDawgVA speculates that The Hill probably thought he supported Connor Estelle because of his support and fundraising for Immune Defiency Foundation (good IDF) and thought he was referring to Israel Defense Forces (bad IDF) when they saw the abbreviation. If it isn’t clear already, CDawgVA does not support the Israel Defense Forces
- CDawgVA fans speculate that The Hill “research” team probably searched for “Connor donation” and ended up running with this tweet without looking into things further
- Notable fan comments on Youtube include “Connor who supports the IDF vs Connor who supports the IDF” and “We joked about donating to the IDF, but i cant believe someone actually believed we donated to the IDF LMAO”
