Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson didn’t hold back when it came to breaking down that photo with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
“I will say this. She’s everything that I’d ever hoped and dreamed that she could have been and more,” Thompson, 43, said during the Tuesday, July 29, episode of their “Calm Down” podcast. “For those of you that have listened to this podcast for the five years we’ve had it, you know our great affinity for Taylor — and this was pre-Travis. We obviously went on this podcast and advocated for her to give him a chance. That clearly worked out, and they are so happy and adorable and all things.”
Thompson and Andrews, 47, said they were “elated” when the opportunity to join Kelce and Swift, both 35, on vacation came about.
“She’s everything and more. Their lives are so public, so it was very important for Erin and I not to say anything,” Thompson continued. “Not because we don’t like to share stuff with you, but it’s important for us to let them dictate the narrative on things they do in their personal life.”
Kelce offered an inside look into his life in the offseason with an Instagram photo dump on Thursday, July 24. One of the pictures showed him and Swift on a snow-filled getaway with Thompson alongside her boyfriend, Steven Cundari, and Andrews with her husband, Jarret Stoll.
It was reported in March that Thompson and Andrews had joined Swift and Kelce on a trip to Montana, but details were kept under wraps at the time.

“I’m not going to elaborate too much on it, other than saying she’s a dream and I adore her and I’m so happy that they make each other happy,” Thompson concluded.
Andrews chimed in, noting that she and Thompson are “so protective” of Swift and Kelce.
“That’s why we never said anything or never planned on saying anything,” Andrews continued. “So, with that, you know, Travis, I’d really like some privacy. I mean, how dare you put that photo out? I mean, no photo approval on this end. What the hell, my man?”
Andrews clarified that she was joking, explaining that it was “one of her favorite photos” from the trip.
“I’ll echo it. She’s a 20 out of 20. She just is,” Andrews said of Swift. “She is so much fun. And I will say this, our group — the six of us — we have some, wow, a time. A good, good group.”
