Alice Evans, 56, is asking the court to increase Gruffudd’s child and spousal support payments from the $4,500 a month he is currently paying.
Evans and her daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11, were recently evicted from their LA home because she couldn’t pay the $6,500 in monthly rent. She had to borrow money from her friends and set up a GoFundMe account to raise donations.
Evans burned through her savings in order to pay for legal fees and living expenses. Gruffudd, 51, can afford more than he’s paying in support and is asking for more money.
