Dominic is passionate about his career teaching geography, helping his students become informed global citizens and sharing his love of learning about the world. His studious nature extends to his baking as he learns the ins and outs of how a recipe works. The first thing he ever baked was sticky toffee puddings for his parents’ dinner parties.
