A witness reportedly said: “She pulled up her boat next to a small public whale-watching boat, then they started making out. I didn’t realise who she was with until I saw the tattoo on the guy’s arm and I immediately realised it was Justin Trudeau.”

The “Firework” singer, rocked a black one-piece swimsuit on the deck of the Caravelle while enjoying a passionate kiss with a shirtless Trudeau, who wore a pair of jeans for the yacht day. The paparazzi pictures show Trudeau cradling Perry as they embrace on the upper deck of her yacht, while another captures her with her arms wrapped around his neck as he nuzzles into her cheek.

Relationship rumours about the pair made international headlines last July after they were spotted dining at an upscale restaurant in Montreal. Neither Trudeau nor Perry has publicly commented on their relationship status.

A source told the Daily Mail: “Katy is very, very interested in him. She says he’s a real catch, a high-quality guy. She clearly likes him a lot. He likes her a lot. I’d even say they’re enamored. He’s actually a pretty good texter. And if she’s interested in someone like she is with him, she’ll take the time to wish him good morning or see how his day went. She’s good like that. She’s still very busy on her tour. So time will tell what happens.”
