With 2025 coming to a close, I think our community needs to raise the vibez, focus on the positive, and reflect on what we want and need in our lives. Though New Years is associated with failed resoloutions and feeling discouraged about the rest of the year, I believe it’s benefitial to have goals and dreams to keep us inspired and hopeful. Please share everything and anything you want for 2026!
Here are some ideas!

1) Count your blessings
A simple way to shift your mindset is to be grateful. Try thinking of 3 things that bring you happiness, comfort, or joy. You don’t have to dig deep and think of something profound. For example, you could say:
– stuffed crust pizza
– Fiona Apple
– soft flannel sheets
I like to list them as I am falling asleep, or in the shower.

2) Make a collage
This is where we get into our manifesting boards. You can make a general collage with everything you desire, or you can focus on one thing. For example, pick 6 people who you admire. Why them? What is so aspirational about them? What are the qualities or traits that stand out about them? This can help you narrow in on what you want and don’t want.

3) Write a third-person blurb about yourself
How do you want to be remembered? What are the traits and qualities that people acknowledged about yourself? This is a fun creative exercise. Write an article about your dream self. Be as detailed as you want. Try to fill a page with your writing.

4) Invert your traits and beliefs
IIt’s easy to get caught up in the narratives we tell ourselves. We can believe that we are unlovable and doomed to be alone, but is that the truth? If you beat yourself up about being lazy, dumb, or invisible, this is an opportunity to rewire your beliefs. Instead, you should write about how you’re hard-working, smart, and someone who is irreplaceable and lovable as you are. It’s always a great idea to stop the ruminating and break the loop so you can break the mindset.

5) Love Yourself
There’s a big push that you have to fake it until you make it. However, it’s a big leap from loathing yourself to believing you’re lovable as you are. Take it day by day, and focus on liking yourself most of the time. This will slowly set the groundwork to build your confidence and self-esteem. How can you believe in yourself, if you don’t like who you are?
Wishing everyone good health, lots of love, and luck!
