Vengeful mom allegedly attacked teen she mistook for kid who hit her sons on a Carnival Cruise

A vengeful Minnesota mom attacked an innocent teenager on a Carnival cruise, calling him a “little motherf—er” after mistaking him for a bully who’d hit her two sons, according to cops.

Paetra Ann Grandsberry, 38, was in the middle of telling a security guard how “extremely upset” she was at her children being “attacked by several kids on the cruise ship” Sunday night when she “saw a group of kids running” — and assumed they were the group “that hit her sons.”

“Without hesitation [Grandsberry] ran away from security and jumped on top of the victim,” an arrest warrant said.

She tackled the teen from behind, knocking him to the deck and then yanking him back to his feet by the collar, the warrant stated.

Security pulled her away from the teen — who had been innocently walking down a hallway when he started running with others, thinking they could be fleeing danger, the doc said.

After her arrest, Grandsberry admitted she had “mistaken” the kid for one of those who’d attacked her sons. It was not clear how old or how badly hurt her kids were.

The raging mom told cops that “in the heat of the moment,” she “ran up on the victim and accidentally fell on top of [him] and called him ‘little motherf–ker,’” the affidavit said.

He ultimately suffered no injuries and did not need any medical assistance.

The incident happened in international waters off the Bahamas and Grandsberry was arrested and charged with child abuse after the Carnival Conquest docked at Port Miami on Monday.

The St. Paul native is being held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami on $2,500 bond, according to jail records.
